Curative Education Conference with Robyn Brown
A Three-Day Introduction to Curative Education for Anyone Working with Children
June 14 - 16, 2022

This workshop will focus on three aspects of our work with the children:


DAY 1 – We will look at what it really means to observe.
DAY 2 – We will work to build a deeper understanding of the child looking at the roots of
their experience.
DAY 3 – We will talk about what to do to support the child academically, socially, and
emotionally.

We will experience therapeutic movement - come prepared to move!

Location: Riverwood Community Learning Association
A peaceful outdoor forest setting in Colville, Washington
Dates: June 14 – 16, 2022
Times: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

​Come join our 2nd Annual HARVEST FESTIVAL!

​Drop in to visit our beautiful school and enjoy a bowl of chili, cider and warm cornbread. Shop a variety of books and bake sale items, and have fun with our photo booth, crafts and face painting!

Thank you to Northern Ales for hosting Riverwood's 3rd Annual Oktoberfest fundraiser. And thank you to all of the donors and supporters who helped make it possible!

​Saturday, October 24th, 2:00 - 7:00 PM
at Northern Ales in Kettle Falls.
This is Riverwood's largest fundraising event each year.
​There was a silent auction, raffle, live music and, of course, food and beer.
Kids activities too, fun for the whole family!

Wren's Nest Doll Workshop

Make a beautiful, Waldorf-style doll with talented doll maker Renee Rahn of the Spokane Windsong School
Make the 16" Dressing Doll and clothes for $90 or the 13" Sweet Pea Doll with soft velour bodysuit for $50.  Choose your own colors and fabrics.  There will be a potluck lunch.
